Launch The Sprunki is a simple-but-addictive launch game: pick an angle, choose power, fire your character, and try to reach distance goals or targets using bounces and boosts. The satisfaction comes from turning messy first attempts into controlled flights where every bounce is intentional. Controls Aim: move the cursor or drag Launch: click/tap to fire Boosters/extra actions: only if your version shows buttons on screen Distance vs control: the angle rule that actually works Angle decides your whole run: • Lower angle: faster, hits the ground sooner, risky bounces • Higher angle: more air time, more control, softer landings If you keep crashing early, raise your angle slightly and focus on safe landings first. Once you can survive the early section consistently, lower the angle to push max distance. The landing rule (why runs die early) Most launches fail not because of the first shot, but because of a bad first landing. A safe first landing: • is shallow (not a steep dive) • keeps you moving forward (not straight down) • sets up a second bounce that doesn’t flip you backward If your first bounce KO your speed, your whole run feels short no matter how strong the launch was. How to use boosters without throwing runs away If boosters exist, use them when you can control the result: • boost on stable flight, not during a chaotic spin • boost when you’re pointed forward, not upward or backward Boosting while unstable often wastes the boost and worsens the landing. Upgrade order that makes runs feel better (if upgrades exist) If the game includes upgrades, the smoothest progression usually comes from: 1) Launch power or starting boost (so you reach new zones) 2) Control/air time (so you survive those zones) 3) Coin gain (so upgrades snowball faster) This order increases both distance and consistency, which is what speeds up grinding. Mini drill: control-first tuning Do five launches where your goal is “best second landing,” not max distance. Once you can consistently land the second bounce cleanly, distance will follow. FAQ Why do I crash quickly even with high power? Your angle is too low or your first landing is too steep. Raise angle and aim for shallow landings. Should I always go high angle? High angle is safest for learning and for control. Lower angle is for pushing distance once you’re consistent. When should I use boosters? Only when your flight is stable and you’re pointed forward. How do upgrades help the most? Power gets you farther, control keeps you alive there, coin gain speeds up everything.
